Featuring outstanding dishes from four countries, this menu is sure to impress even the most discerning critic, while we tear down the mystique of cooking wildly varying oceanic protein.

Moules Marinières (French Mussels with Fennel in White Wine Sauce)
Sumōkusāmon (Japanese Smoked Salmon)
Gambas al Ajillo (Spanish Garlic Shrimp)
Lobster Roll (New England lobster salad sandwich)

Restrictions: Ages 18 and older.

Pricing per person.

Requirements:Please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes. Long hair must be tied back and away from students’ faces. Please notify the Cooking School at Boelter SuperStore in advance if you have any food allergies or aversions. Recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. Menu changes cannot be made the day of class.
