These flavors traveled an incredible distance to get to your plate; some down the Mississippi river, others from Spain and Africa and even more from France. But they all come together in one of the world’s most unique cities. A town that knows how to celebrate life better than anywhere else in the world: Nola. Chef Michael worked very hard to obtain these closely guarded secrets but now he wants to share this kitchen voodoo with you.

Restrictions: Ages 14 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Requirements: Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Long hair must be tied back and away from students’ faces. Please notify the Cooking School at Boelter SuperStore in advance if you have any food allergies or aversions. Recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. Menu changes cannot be made the day of class.
