This Mother’s Day weekend celebrate Mom by spending some quality time enjoying the finer things in life – like amazing food! From savory dishes that are nutritious and delicious to a decadently rich dessert, this fabulous menu has it all!

Menu:
Arugula Salad w/Champagne Vinaigrette, Roasted Beets and Goat Cheese
Prosciutto-Wrapped Asparagus
Quiche Lorraine
Chocolate Mousse

Restrictions: Ages 21 and older.

Pricing per person.

Requirements: Please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes. Long hair must be tied back and away from students’ faces. Please notify the Cooking School at Boelter SuperStore in advance if you have any food allergies or aversions. Recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. Menu changes cannot be made the day of class.
