Find your spot on the assembly line and buckle up for a rip-roaring, ravioli-rolling good time. We’ll make fresh pasta from scratch and walk through every step of making your own ravioli at home. You don’t need expensive equipment to create some of the finest dumplings you’ll ever taste. Bring a friend. Heck, bring two! But, most importantly, bring your appetite to this edition of our Mastering Dumplings series: Ravioli.

Menu: Generous Tasting Portions
Goat Cheese and Sweet Potato Ravioli with Lemon Butter Sauce
Fennel and Pork Sausage Ravioli with Italian Red Sauce
Cheesy Garlic Bread

Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Pricing per person.

Requirements: Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Long hair must be tied back and away from students’ faces. Please notify the Cooking School at Boelter SuperStore in advance if you have any food allergies or aversions. Recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. Menu changes cannot be made the day of class.
