In this edition of our Mastering Dumplings series, we’ll concentrate on the deliciously perfect pillows of potato and pasta we call Pierogi. Chef Michael shares recipes from his restaurant, Bloc, so that you can make the perfect pierogi in the comfort of your own home. Michael’s Mother taught him these time-tested techniques at a young age, and now it’s time for you to share in that history.
