Product Description

With a special focus on daunting holiday tasks, we’ve designed a class to help you work more efficiently every time you cook. From chopping vegetables for the perfect stuffing, to carving a turkey for maximum yield, flavor, and moisture; we’ve got you covered. We’ll be sampling tasting portions of turkey and attendees will receive a recipe for homemade turkey broth! Bring your questions and remember to wear only closed toe shoes to Knife Skills for the Holiday!

Menu: Tasting Portions
A light snack will be served

Restrictions: Ages 18 and older.

Topics: Trussing and carving poultry; poultry anatomy; mirepoix; stocks and broths from scratch

Requirements: Students will not be allowed to participate in class if they do not wear closed-toed shoes and have long hair tied back and away from their faces. Please notify the Cooking School at Boelter SuperStore in advance if you have any food allergies or aversions. Ingredient recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. Menu changes cannot be made the day of class.
