Product Description

Quite possibly the coziest menu we’ve ever assembled in the Boelter Test Kitchen; this class pulls more weight than a gravity blanket. The cooking techniques featured in Date Night: Autumn Harvest, are applicable to a variety of seasonal ingredients; so much so that you’ll have enough inspiration to carry you through hibernation season. Although we won’t be making our own hard cider, we’ll discuss the fermentation process involved in home brewing and fortification before mulling our own apple cider.

Menu: Generous Tasting Portions
Spun Granny Smith and Fennel Salad with Walnuts and Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Herb Crusted Pork Tenderloin
Whipped Acorn Squash with Goat Cheese and Parmesan
Mulled Honeycrisp Cider

Restrictions: Ages 18 and older.

Requirements: Please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes. Long hair must be tied back and away from students’ faces. Please notify the Cooking School at Boelter SuperStore in advance if you have any food allergies or aversions. Recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. Menu changes cannot be made the day of class.
