You don’t have to commit 100% to a lifestyle of veganism. We promise we’re not trying to convert you, but try taking a walk on the wild side. There’s a lot of flavor over there! And the nutrients?! If you’ve dabbled or even just toyed around with the idea of eating vegetarian or vegan, we can help. If you’ve been a vegan for 30+ years, we can help. Get out of your funk and into our test kitchen to explore amazing food that doesn’t rely on animal protein to make your senses come alive.

Menu: Generous Tasting Portions
Fortified Vegetable Broth (V, GF)
Zoodle Pesto Pasta with Frizzled Celery Root (V, GF)
Coconut Curry Cream of Carrot Soup (V, GF)
Tofu Tikka Masala with Sesame and Cashews (V, GF)
Lime Basil Granita with Whipped Coconut Cream (V, GF)

Restrictions: Ages 14 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Pricing per person.

Requirements: Please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes. Long hair must be tied back and away from students’ faces. Please notify the Cooking School at Boelter SuperStore in advance if you have any food allergies or aversions. Recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, spices, wheat flours, etc. Menu changes cannot be made the day of class.
