We could think of a thousand applications for bacon here in the Boelter SuperStore; trust us, we already have. Narrowing the field down to just a few dishes was not an easy task. However, we’ve gone through the archives and pulled pork recipes that never fail to exceed expectations - all just for the benefit of your taste buds. Smoky, sweet, and, oh, so savory - Let bacon be the beacon that leads you through the darkness into light.

Menu: Generous Tasting Portions
Bacon-Wrapped Scallops and Water Chestnuts
Grilled Romaine Salad with Bacon-Bourbon Vinaigrette
Braised Pork Belly with Rice and Beans
Crisp and Crunchy Candied Bacon

Restrictions: Ages 18 and older.

Requirements: Please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes.Long hair must be tied back and away from students’ faces.Please notify the Cooking School at Boelter SuperStore in advance if you have any food allergies or aversions. Recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. Menu changes cannot be made the day of class.
