Product Description

Here at the Boelter SuperStore, we love to inspire young people to cook. What better way to do that than to show them how to create amazing dishes with hands on experience in the Boelter Test Kitchen? Make it a special holiday break this year for your favorite youngster by enrolling them in our 2 day cooking camp and unlock the potential of their culinary talent. We’re focusing on fresh flavors, menu development, and the science behind cooking and baking in our kids and teens holiday cooking camp.

Menu: Tasting Portions
Day 1:
Chicken Quesadillas
Chicken Tenders with BBQ dipping sauce
S’mores Brownies
Day 2:
Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
Juicy Lucy Cheeseburgers
Chocolate Hazelnut Bombolini (Italian Doughnuts)

Restrictions: Ages 8-12 for kid’s classes

Pricing per person.

Requirements: Registrants will receive a copy of our required permission slip prior to the week of camp. A parent or guardian must drop of permission slip and students inside the Boelter SuperStore on the first day and pick up students no later than 15minutes after the end of class each day. Classes cannot be sold by the individual day but students are allowed to miss a day in the event of a scheduling conflict – no refund will be given. Cooking is not a spectator sport and audience members/taste testers are not needed for this particular culinary adventure. Please have students wear comfortable closed-toe shoes. Long hair must be tied back and away from students’ faces. Please notify the Cooking School at Boelter SuperStore in advance if your child has any food allergies or aversions. Recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. Menu changes will not be made the day of class.
